  2. Download the Creative Cloud desktop app uninstaller for your operating system.

  3. Double-click the .zip file and then double-click Creative Cloud Uninstaller.

  4. (macOS) If prompted to open the file, click Open and then enter your Apple system password.

  5. Once the Creative Cloud desktop app is repaired, open it and install your app. (You may be prompted to sign in first.)

  1. Double-click the Creative Cloud uninstaller from step 2 above.
